We are working with soil microbes to promote nutrient cycling and fungal networks. This allows us to remove the need for synthetic fertilizer. Whereas nutrient cycling provides a balanced menu of minerals for your plants and helps to capture carbon, synthetic fertilizer slowly erodes our soil health and only benefits plants in the short-term.

During the winter there are many things that we can do to protect your plants and even enhance them for the seasons to come. Mulches and soil amendments are best installed while your perennials are below ground. this will help to protect them from frost, whilst building your soil. Trees can be pruned for improved structure and shrubs can be tied and wrapped to protect from snow burn and broken branches.

Our designs include an array of spring, summer and fall flowering perennials as well as a selection of evergreen plants, for year round blooms and structure. Rather than visiting the plant nurseries each spring and planting a fresh, we simply let our plants return year after year.
